of a pituitary tumour 8 months ago.

She also complains of very pale watery urine. She is found to have normal levels of ADH and mentions she
remembers something similar happening to her mum before she died.
3. A 43 year old merchant
banker presents with muscle cramps and weakness. His friends have commented that his personality has changed
recently and that he should cut down on his drinking. On examination he is found to have clubbing and 8 spider naevi.
4. A 15 year old girl
presents with a headache, nausea, and lethargy. She is eager to get back to ballet class but her mother is
anxious to get her seen. On examination she appears normal but has a BMI of 18.
5. A 24 year old female
presents with thirst, and confusion. On
examination she is found to have a BP of 160/110. Her potassium level is found to be 2.2mmol/L.
